Membership in the Slovak Radiological Society and registration at www.slovakradiology.sk
1. MEMBERSHIP IN SRS
The Slovak Radiological Society (SRS) is part of the Slovak Medical Society (SLS). If you are interested in becoming a member of the Slovak Radiological Society, please download and fill out the Membership application form with the name of the professional society (Radiology) and code 45 and send it to the address of the Slovak Medical Society (SLS): Slovenská lekárska spoločnost, Cukrová 3, 813 22 Bratislava and send the scanned and signed application to the address spustova@sls.sk. Submitting an application to the SRS does not automatically mean access to the members' blocked section of www.slovakradiology.sk (see below for information on registration on the website).
Payment of membership fees to the SRS takes place by sending the components to the address of permanent residence, which is indicated in the application. When changing personal data (for example, residence, name), it is necessary to fill in the form (updating personal data) and report the change directly to the SLS secretariat or by sending an email. Otherwise, there is a risk for the SRS member that, after failure to deliver the deposit, he will be classified as a non-payer, and a proposal will be submitted for his exclusion from the SRS. Also in the case of elections, the voter's card is sent to the address indicated by him.
2. REGISTRATION TO THE SRS SECTION
If you are interested in joining and becoming a member of one of the SRS sections, please download and fill out the application form (SRS Section Application) with the name of the section and send it to the address of the Slovak Medical Society (SLS): Slovak Medical Society, Cukrová 3, 813 22 Bratislava or send a scanned and signed application to the address spustova@sls.sk. To fill out, you will also need the List of Professional Societies of the Slovak Medical Society, which you can find at the end of the Membership Application document.
3. REGISTRATION ON THE SITE www.slovakradiology.sk
Every SRS member is entitled to access to all parts of www.slovakradiology.sk, the condition is active registration on the website. Registration at www.slovakradiology.sk is carried out by filling out the form in the registration section at the top right of the page (Registration on the page). If the user registers on www.slovakradiology.sk before confirming his membership in the SRS, please notify the webmaster at info@slovakradiology.sk after receiving this confirmation so that he is allowed access to all parts of the website. If you do not want to receive the Newsletter with information emails about updates on www.slovakradiology.sk, click unsubscribe during registration.
After filling out the form and sending it, please wait, the administrator of www.slovakradiology.sk will check your membership in SRS, and in the positive case, you will receive access rights to all parts of the website. Please be patient, this check may take several days.
NOTICE:
Registration at www.slovakradiology.sk is not the same as logging into SRS. Those who are not members of the SRS will not be allowed access to the blocked parts of www.slovakradiology.sk
